All of our rentals are close to bike paths, bus lines and downtown. Laundry facilities are onsite. Water, garbage, and recycling are included unless otherwise specified. Six-month leases unless otherwise specified. There is a $20 screening fee for each applicant. Applications can be downloaded from our home page.

We offer incentives for the new Greenpower program at EWEB. Since there is a premium to add Greenpower, ranging from $2-$8 per month, we pay you $3 per month as an incentive to choose renewable energy, which is about 50% of that cost difference!
