SAGE Living by Design LLC and SAGE Real Estate seek to improve the quality of people's lives through the application of intelligent, sustainable design to the experience of contemporary living. We believe that intelligent, well-designed living must address all aspects of the physical environment, as well as access to positive life-style choices, services, and a greater sense of community. Through better design people can live happier, healthier, more rewarding and productive lives.

All of our rentals are close to bike paths, bus lines and downtown. Laundry facilities are onsite. Water, garbage, and recycling are included unless otherwise specified. Six month leases unless otherwise specified. There is a $25 screening fee for each applicant.

We offer incentives for the new Greenpower program at EWEB. Since there is a premium to add Greenpower, ranging from $2-$8 per month, we pay you $3 per month as an incentive to choose renewable energy, which is about 50% of that cost difference!
