About Us

At SAGE Living by Design, we know the impact that a good location has on being a more sustainable living environment. The essential element of proximity to jobs, goods and services, and transit is critical. The closer people are to jobs, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and other living services, the less complicated and more comfortable their lives become. Ideally, people should be able to walk, ride their bikes, or take public transit to work or to access the goods and services they need.

Located in Eugene, Oregon, SAGE Living by Design and SAGE Real Estate manage multi-family properties, as well as assist in the purchase of real estate and advise on best practices in property management, new building and remodeling projects, as well as landscaping and landscape maintenance.

We aim to provide exceptional service in all that we do. Our maintenance team strives to promptly respond and resolve any issues that arise with courtesy and attentiveness. We always appreciate feedback on ways to improve. We know that we wouldn’t be doing what we do without our tenants. That is why each year we ask our residents to select up to two charities that serve local and other humanitarian needs. We donate 1% of our gross income from property management to the two charities that receive the most votes. The 2017 winners were Cahoots and Unidos Por Puerto Rico. We want everyone to feel the ripple effect of enacting positive change on their local environments.
