This includes consulting on the location of ideal properties, assisting in the purchase of real estate, and advising as to best practices in property management, landscaping/landscape maintenance, and new building projects or remodeling of existing structures.

The location of a property is a vital component in creating a well-designed, intelligent lifestyle. The essential element is proximity to jobs, goods and services, and mass transportation. The closer people are to jobs, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, video stores, etc., the less complicated and more comfortable their lives become. Ideally, people should be able to walk, ride their bikes, or take public transit to work or to access the goods and services they need.

We believe that each additional car trip required in the course of an individual's day creates stress, added expense, and represents an opportunity lost in experiencing and building a sense of community. Areas where people frequently walk or ride their bikes consistently show lower crime rates and higher participation in community events. There are significant health benefits, as well, from the regular exercise associated with more active lifestyles in which people walk or ride their bikes on a daily basis. This is especially relevent at a time when the majority of Americans are living highly sedentary lifestyles. In addition, unecessary car trips add to localized traffic congestion and air pollution.
