We can also find you a home or investment property. Niall and Ali are both real estate brokers, licensed in the state of Oregon. As well, they have backgrounds in energy conservation, renewable energy and green strategies in real estate. Sage Real Estate, a subsidiary of Sage Living by Design LLC, operates for this purpose.

During remodeling work, we try to recycle all materials possible. When incorporating new products, we consider its life cycle and embodied energy.

Criteria for plant selection emphasizes native and drought tolerant plants. Organic landscape design principles are also featured. We envision the fluid integration of landscape and people.
